Perhaps you should try clicking it first: Let's see: first places Nintendo, then collection of mini games, then more nintendo mixed with plastic instruments games, one Lego title at 18th, then tons of shovelware or mini-games collection mixed with gamecube rereleases with only a few good games making it to 1M. If I were publisher I'd send my best teams on developing stuff for PS3/X360/PC and rest to produce quick cash-in titles in Wii/DS.

I don't know the rest of you guys, but for me, this is somewhat what is actually going on. The result? The 360 and Ps3 are destroying each other while Nintendo keeps dominating and growing. Ps360 can have the old hardcore while Nintendo have the kids and everyone else. And not only that, they do have their best teams on their machine.
This is not a discussion about the games you/I prefer, otherwise I would have gave up, because I like oldschool hardcore games. This is a discussion about sales.
If the next generation PS3 and 360 stick to their traditional/actual market, that would mean MAD (Mutual Assured Destruction) and another generation of Nintendomination. But I predict that next gen every console would follow Nintendo's lead in terms of hardware and software. And that would be interesting to watch (I don`t know if worth playing) in terms of the business.
