I always figured the series sold well because parents get the title confused with Pokemon when they buy it for their kids. With that said I assume it will sell 2 jillion copies!
Actually the second game in the series sold less than the original. The Wii re-releases of the Gamecube games didn't have outstanding numbers either. Why would people care about a new game in the series? For a Nintendo game its actually not very popular.
