Also, where is the proof the engine limited the game? Where?
No circumstantial proof is not it. Things in the games only prove what is in the games, not that the engine did that? Who here has a list of the full technical specs that tell us what the RE4 engine can and can't do, that proves Capcom made the wrong choice of engine?
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
