It really depends on a number of factors, genre, demographics, where you fanbase is. But lets be honest, if you have enough money to develop a ps360 game (which will probably land on the pc aswell) you probably have enough money to make a wii version aswell.
If you have the money for a multi-platform strategy then you should go all the way with it.
