When the fuck did i say that? This whole thread is about treating the wii with some damn respect, but all you people see to do is say "Oh its ok that that the devlopers are not trying very hard, we just love to bend over and take it." The game will probably be fun, but its a matter of principal, you Wii apoligist, who NEVER critize the wii for all the many flaws it has, are the biggest problem.

I love gaming, most likely more than you, and i actually care about the state of the industry. So screw you for accusing me of being closed minded. Go back to playing your shovelware and pretending its something better.

Obviously you are having issues with understanding that it's not a bad thing that the ghostbusters doesn't look like the console version. Have you seen the gameplay for the Wii version? Does it look that bad? I mean it's not as though they are trying to make a crappy game like Quantum of Solace and claim that it's amazing. They are making a version that looks different because it will flow better.

And don't get bitchy with me just because nobody is agreeing with your view on the wii version looking terrible. I might even get the wii version depending on what I think of it when I see more stuff on it. I enjoy gaming too but before I jump to conclusions on whether a game is going to suck or not, I'd rather wait and see more information on it. Also, you don't know me or any of the games I play and if you consider them to be "shovelware" then so be it, I'm proud of the shovelware I play. At least I have fun with it.

I never said the game was gonna suck. My problem is with the developers thinking that they have to make there game look that way on the wii, which is a lie. This whole thing would not be a problem if the HD versions did not exist, but they do and it shos me exactly how Atari is thinking. As a Wii owner that scares and infuriates me.

This will become a trend, just you wait.

I understand your concern for it but at the same time, I don't think it's going to end up that way. Each company has their own way they go about doing things and I hate to say it but Atari aren't exactly what i would consider to be one of the big dogs anymore. Their last big multiplatform game (Alone in the Dark) did TERRIBLE and looked even worse. I can see why Atari wanted to go for a change. This is assuming it wasn't the plan all along back before the activision/vivendi merger (which I think it was actually).

Technically this was an Activision game, before the sold the rights off to Atari.
