The only problem I could see is  that Graces is gonna be compared to no end to Vesperia, and thats one hell of a wall to climb over. As long as we keep our expectations moderate, we'll be surprised by how good it will be.

 

This. My worst fears are that comparisons will probably get in the way of some people's ultimate judgment of the game.
