Only if you want to connect wirelessly. But the same kind of thing applies to the Wii. You only need tobuy Motion+ if you want to aly Motion+-enhanced games.

But online is really important and especially for an xbox360 user. WM+ is also a lot cheaper compared to all the stuff you need to go online. Another question, how do you go online if you don't want to connect wirelessly? My wii is connected wirelessly and I don't even know if I could connect it differently.

 

You run a landline of twisted pair cable, just like you would with a desktop PC. People without wireless routers can by an adapter which allows their Wii to use this same ethernet cable. Ethernet ports are standard on 360 and PS3.
