How do you hook Wii up to PC monitor?

I got a sweet 19 inch monitor that I wanna hook my Wii up to. It just doesnt have any ports/inputs/outputs or whatever for A/V or component cables.

So anyone have a link to an adapter for this? I couldnt find any especially since my dumbass wasnt sure what keywords to search for. A simple explanation for how to do this would be cool or like a list of anything I might need.
