Not really sRPG/jRPG library on PSP is pretty amazing, you have very nice racers like wipeout, action games like Gow, resistance etc.

From perspective of those genres PSP library is as good or better than DS.

 

surely it's got to depend on what you're into. Plus you've only listed two genres - you can't say that the DS is lacking in RPG, puzzle or platform areas so from that view the PSP is lacking.
