Looks like Wii is really dying in Japan. Not a single non Nintendo release is doing impressive anymore in Japan and I doubt MH3 will be that much of an effect. I bet SE might be rubbing behind their ears if announcing DQX on the Wii was really such a great idea after all. Never have I seen such horrible software sales on the PS2.
Look at The Dog Island Wii for example... sold only a few copies in Japan but managed to reach over 300.000 thanks to the West. Same goes for other titles like Zack & Wiki. Sold horrible in Japan but managed to do decent in the West. I don't care what Capcom says, they're just to damn lazy to make a sequel, they rather milk out on HD consoles or charge high for PSN games on the PS3.
