LOL. I ended up hitting my stride when I just didn't care. Not sloppy, but treat all of my co-workers the same. I tend to be real - not overconfident, but I'm like 'What you see is what you get.' I have no reason to holla at anyone since I'm married - however, I have noticed if you flirt and show just a wii bit of interest, especially with very attractive women, that goes a long way. I haven't acted desperate since college. I was still finding my way. Now? Pfft. I know the path.
