Good point, but ... not all of them love nice. I have a cousin who likes roughneck dudes. She would rather have a violent dude than a man who would treat her right. Unfortunately, I know several women like that. I even know some nice women who think they deserve a thug and not a man who will treat her right.
In the article, the guy running alongside the subway was way too geeky and clingy. That would creep me out big time.
I do think most women say they want a nice guy - but the nice guy tends to come off as someone that's good for safe keeping later. Not caring or being unpredictable are attractive traits initially, but get old quick.
