"Only announced" is kinda vague don't you think? It's not saying their isn't a Wii version, just that no Wii version has been officially announced.
Personally I expect an Assassin's Creed spin-off for Wii instead of AC2 to avoid direct comparisons (and a repeat of Dead Rising's infamous 'empty mall' complaints).
