The "+" doesn't necesseraly mean motion plus related, but rather capitalizing in the "+" as a way to get attention, but it really is wii fit 2. They can add more exercises and mini games, that is easy enough, but they can come up with multiplayer, and the much needed "perzonalized routine" mode like EA Active is doing.
