You'd think so, but it was said it that it was a game of its own, so maybe it's getting both?
I'd be really dissappointed if it was just a port of Assassin's Creed II though, and I don't think they are going to release two games in the same series on the same platform so close to eachother.
I don't know what to think 
EDIT: Oh well, Star Scream pretty much confirmed that it is two different games... But when the hell will they release?!
