I think inFamous will be the better game, where as Prototype will be the better spectacle. Prototype just looks like the kind of game that will keep me entertained for half an hour, then the repetition starts to kick in, and with no good motivators for continuing to play it (story looks like shit).
inFamous looks like it will have an interesting story, and it will be interesting how the world reacts to your actions.
