wow. I have never received anything in a condition other than what was described.
Here are my rules for Ebay.
1. US only
2. Must have >98% rating
3. Must have >50 actual ratings
Go by that and you should never have an issue. Plus, if something like a game/dvd/cd etc is rated 'very good' I wouldn't buy it. Only like new or new or perfect, etc. I would'nt take a chance on a scratched used game.
