The attach rate in even higher in the others region. PS3 is outselling the 360 in terms of games.
The argument "having a smaller install base makes it easier" is crap. Bottom line is the games are selling equally on both platforms. So the higher install base of M$ means nothing to developers. It turns out the people buying the games are on the PS3, not the 360. This could also show that the sales number for the 360 are in fact bloated due to the rebuys from RROD and other failures.
