@ Soriku and WoW: What level was your Mario when you fought the boss in the Pit? And what was you level when you ended the game?
@Soriku - you had to be underleveled if you thought the final boss was harder...
EDIT: Nevermind. You said you beat the Pit AFTER you finished the game. So, that'd actually make sense.
