I think its success will hinge largely on the Wii support. If they get Wii GH: WT instruments supported and they launch with the Wii as one of (if not "the") premiere platform they could do extremely well.
The biggest audience for The Beatles' and their music in the gaming markets is on the Wii and going after that market segment with a lackluster afterthought as they have in previous RB incarnations will hurt them substantially.
I hope they get things sorted out, I do love a good competition.
