My response was towards an individual who had the perception that the 360 has got many price cuts when in reality the PS3 has had more in a lesser amount of time. Plus if a 360 owner wanted a HDD he would have bought the elite or pro, not everyone buys the PS3 although everyone likes to compare it with the PS3.
The only reason the PS3 cut the price because they were literally forced to. Then in turn MS cut the price for the first time last year in Americas and romped all of the PS3 in the holidays.
