I bet you need to see this game in front of you too appreciate its visuals. A lot of wii games looks bad in screens and videos. This looks like one of them.
If its not than the visuals for this game are meh but I believe it looks a ton better in person. Anyways Im not an FPS fan at all will not pick this up but all you Wii FPS fans better or else.....=P
