Well it was third on its debut week in the US, so coming in second isn't that much better, especially if you consider the 360 being much weaker on this side of the Atlantic.
I don't know if I'd want to classify it as a flop (I know I said so earlier, but I'm reconsidering), but it's definitely not the great commercial, or critical success many people were saying it would be.
