just to let you into a few facts why sony is optimistic:
1. the population of india is over 1.2billion
2. over 80% of the population is Hindu
3. hanuman is the hindu ape god and this game is based on him and hindu religiuos literature.
4. hindus pay up a lot of money when it comes to religion, whether its buying ornaments, statues and various other religious goods .
5. buying a pirated game based on their religion and god maybe seen as a sin. hence the number of sales being higher than predicted. i can imagine a lot of hindus importing this game for their children to.
clever move from sony, its a shame they dont have the same level of intelligence when it comes to marketing.
