Riddick and Wheelman = Epic Fail in US sales? Already down to $39.99

I'd buy both these games but I need to cut my spending. I have spent at least $500 dollars in games this year so far. We are not even six months in. I liked the demo of the Riddick game. Wheelman I skeptical about but would still purchase.
