Notice how those were all out within the first year of thier respective consoles launch, and how I said 'at this point'. Of the new IPs introduced last year only Left4Dead was a qualified hit (and LBP which had massive advertising and bundling). Dead Space, EndWar, H.A.W.X., the new PoP, and Mirror's Edge amongst others all underperformed or flat out flopped because people instead choose to spend their money on CoD5, GoW2, RE5 and SF4. Not that I blame them, people go for what they know they'll enjoy.
