Funny, this is one of the reasons I think religion is false. If everyone believes in it, and everyone believes something different, then it's more likely that humans are driven to believe in something, then it is that any of it's actually true.

How did Mafoos statement show ignorance or false-logic? it was his opinion. It didn't show ignorance as he didn't ignore any fact and his perspective of logic in this case was sound.
