This one's a TV show, but I found it quite annoying:
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Final episode of the season, and possibly of the series. They brought back Derek, except he's an altered-future Derek who doesn't know John. This WOULD have been a jaw-dropping awesome revelation... if they didn't show his name in the opening credits.
Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?
