I haven't played all of his games, but out of the ones I have played (No More Heroes, Killer 7, Flower Sun and Rain) I give it up for Killer 7. Damn that game was wacky. Hm Flower, sun, and rain is coming to the states in JUly.  Your saying it's not worth the purchase?

It's just very confusing. It's an adventure game like Phoenix Wright or Hotel Dusk, and the answers to the puzzles are practically impossible toi figure out. The game overall is really fucking weird. I wouldn't say definitely don't buy it, but be warned it's less friendly to play than Killer 7 is by far. I had to shut it off after a half hour and I haven't been back since then.
