Nah he's not too broken just broken enough. You're the only DeDeDe I fight and since we don't fight that often, I tend to fall for things I shoudn't (like your fake chain grab to forward-smash! that's mean).
I'm starting to get creative with Diddy's bananas, too bad it doesn't help me KO that fat penguin.
Also, our Ninja Pikachu ditto was awesome and so close all match long.
