How will Valkyria Chronicles NA sales be this week?

Eh, I don't think we'll see any rise at all. VGC seems to have trouble tracking random rises in sales. Look at VC in Japan this week. MC had it in the top 50 due to the anime whereas VGC reports it dropping lower at #123.

Not entirely. But I think, unless something changes, that we won't see a bump in sales.

Although, the PS3 The Best titles are almost always undertracked.

Take a look at Kenzan for example. It sold 300k before the cheaper edition released and was in the top 50 for three weeks versus one week on VGC.

I wonder when SEGA will release their shipment data for this game.

I dunno, but being that they want to make a sequel makes me think it wasn't a failure.

VC2 will also look much prettier.

That is unnecessary but they do well to improve certain other areas. I'd still buy the game if it had the same mechanics and the only thing different was the story. I think they should take the FF route with disconnected stories and worlds. That way, they can make infinite sequels

 

They have a few jaggies here and there that they could easily touch up. I would want the same look with a minimal amount of improvement.
