Well considering the cell was supposed to pwn 360 as soon as it came out I dont think MS will be too worried.

Nice damage control but allow me to easily counter that saying when you release a year ahead and have the lowest priced console in the market then you're definitely supposed to be "pwing" the competition (or at least the PS3), and yes MS should be worried (fact: they are, but won't tell us, of course).

Yes, MS is worried that the PS3 is catching up selling close to the 360. They are scared even though they have a 8million lead coming from a generation where they lost by more than 100MILLION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Speaking of 100 million MS is now worth 100 BILLION less then it was just 2 years ago. 20+ billion of that was lost on the X-Box brand alone.

Also I find it funny when X-Bot's try and act buddy buddy with Nintendo. Like: Microsoft has never had a console in first place but let's gloat about Nintendo sales! Fa la la la la!

OT: PS3 catching up to the 360 at double the price? The top brass at MS must be PISSED. Hey, the 360 could get another price cut too. Let's see if it can outsell the Wii when it hits the same price as the DS.

If the PS3 ever outsells the 360 it will be the ultimate humiliation for MS.

That 100 million is market cap and that is based on share price and has nothing to do with the Xbox brand. If anything the MS stock price is now boosted by the 360 since the 360 business is profitable.  Share price is based on how people feel the company will do in the future not the past.  Of course the overall mood and market is down.

n the last 2 years MS stock hit a high of ~$36 per share and now sells for ~$20 per share.  Well if that is how you judge then how about Sony stock currently sells for about ~$26 per share and the high in that same time frame was ~$60 per share.

Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.
