Why are people always blaming NoA. I'm sure they don't even have the say so whether or not anything gets brought over to the West. HQ is straight out of Japan and they decide everything that gets localized. They probably even have most of the development teams that do that. I doubt NoA even has the power to block a game that NoJ would want to localize let alone the option to have a choice.
OP- I'm not exactly sure what kind of game this is but looks interesting. Just will have to see more on it I suppose.
