Gamefaqs may give you varied opinions, but not necessarily good ones. I could find examples of reviews from people who haven't played the game, are being entirely sarcastic, or people who use terrible grammar and spelling. And these reviews get through. There was even a ridiculously low score for Final Fantasy 12 that got taken down several weeks later because there was a part in the review easily proving that the person didn't play the game.

@bold:  Go for it.  Find me some of those reviews.

@underline:  Point is self-evident.

took me three tries to find a review written by a troll. It may sound fancy, but he obviously doesn't know much about the game. Camera control still exists (though limited) and purple coins are there even if he says they don't exist.

Good find, but you know what?

The game has over 120 reviews.  Over one-hundred twenty.

Let's go back to my very first post in this thread:

No, reviews matter when they're anonymous and in bulk.

Popular games are the ones most likely to have tons of fans and fanboys.  Conversely, they're also the ones with the most reviews which means that as long as you're not foolish enough to read a single review and consider it the be-all-end-all, you're in good hands.  Fewer reviews mean few/no trolls.  Lots of reviews may have trolls mixed in, but there are lots of excellent ones too.  Win/win.

And that is what makes it great.

@super_etecoon:  I'm flattered you felt the need to come into this thread just to insult me but really... your behavior is just childish.  If you have nothing to add to the discussion then don't post.
