Actually they are in more danger of an anti trust case regarding iphone apps, which can only be sold through itunes and Apple takes a 30% cut. Though if I recall correctly, apple has already been taken to court on an antitrust case regarding itunes, can't recall the outcome. If anyone remembers let me know.
