I always thought those were 3rd person. Oh well, still doesn't make it "common".

They're in first-person or you can choose third or first-person perspective. Don't be so accurate in details, tactical shooters are pretty complex games compared to traditional popcorn shooters, so perspective is pretty much irrelevant for gameplay here.

 

I just call it like I see it. If I made a mistake, my bad.

Still doesn't make you correct in saying that Sony brings no new ideas to the table.
