If you had all the numbers yes... but the numbers in the OP only include the average per person for hours and sessions.
You can determine a set of "sales" from the Nintendo channel using the total sessions divided by the average sessions... but I said "sales" because while they are 100% definate purchases, they are only inclusive of those who have given their data to the Nintendo Channel.
It is possible to find sales based on ratios and bias of certain genres by comparing with VGC though... but in reality DKII is the only one any good at it.
