There is no need to store more than a single bit for flags, or maybe 64 bits for counters (and those would have to be some big frickin counters). You could fit literally thousands of these in a single Wii block: at least a full order of magnitude more than any game has ever done, and two orders more than most. How much space is this idiot wasting if he's running into trouble with a full 512 megabytes of space? |
