by RROD you mean 3 red lights or 4? there is a big difference. 4 isn't really a big deal, I think that just means your 360 lost it's connection to the tv which means either the cord is loose or you just have a bad cord. If it is 3 than you have a problem and should probably contact microsoft about.
Also 1 and 2 blincking red lights mean something as well. I think 2 blinking is the E74 issue. Can't remember what 1 is.
