^^ That's not the issue at hand, making the assumption that dual analogue is better for FPS because they are more popular on HD systems is. Do you think perhaps there might be some other factors to consider? That kind of logical leap is analogous to me claiming power over the sun because it rises each day at the same time i do.

Okay... factors. Perhaps people who primarily play FPS games think the Wiimote is gay. Obviously the best FPS games are better on HD consoles. However the HD market may not be as intrigued by the Wiimote. I had a Wii and I hated it... I can't be the only one.

Now I await the response of a Wii fanboy... letting me know I am the only one.

Now that actually makes some kind of sense, but it has nothing to do with the Wii-mote.  It does however bring us to the heart of the issue at hand.  The Wii has seen several FPS with excellent control but it still hasn't really seen a FPS that brings all the elements that make a great game together.  This is why people are excited about The Conduit, it has the POTENTIAL to be that game.

p.s. I'm curious what FPS games you played on the Wii because as someone else said, they don't all have good control.
