Ok didn't bother reading all 2 pages, so I'm just jumping in here.
However, why is it that the US and a few others invent something horrible for war, and then deny the rest of the world the same "luxury?" See I'd understand if the US and the others completely destroyed whatever it is they are banning as well as all knowledge that would allow rebuilding it. But if they don't want other having such weapons then the US and others need to stop developing them to begin with. Plain and simple.
