With Wesker possibly gone, who's left to fill in the villain role for RE6? Since RE: DC goes into some background of RE2, there might be some more questions. Sherry's still out there and could be pissed Leon and Claire gave her up. Ada is still very much alive.
I liked Umbrella Chronicles as it detailed a lot of what happened to Wesker. I admit, I would've been a bit lost in the story had I not played its unlockable missions. RE: DC could do the same for RE6. Not to mention RE: UC was fun so I might as well try the next installment, even if it is another on-rails.
