The adaption of Blu-ray could decide this. If and when Blu-ray COMPLETELY replaces DVD's, I see the PS3 having quite a long, healthy life. If DLable content takes over DVD's and Blu-ray, I see Disc's in general being a memory and the 360 benefitting from Netflix and to a lesser extent, Xbox Live being more functional than Playstation Network.
