I wouldn't lose faith so quickly in them. You have to put it into perspective: the Wii's user base in America has been growing at a pace that is unprecedented and even frightening. Most of these new users are very fickle compared to those of us who prefer core franchise titles. We are much more forgiving and willing to come back as soon as they fix whatever offends us about their current practices.

I know it kind of sucks for us, but it won't be this way forever. Eventually, the Wii's user base will solidify, and we'll see more core focus. Yes, it's a bit of a wait, but isn't waiting what we're pretty much used to doing in this industry anyway?
