You can't be serious - by the time that hits some people will have had their Wii Fit for over a year and be itching for some new exercises. That's like saying no one would buy Guitar Hero World Tour cause it costs more and they have or can get GHIII.
And it's the casuals not the snobby 'we prefer traditional controls' core that will drive WM+. The more 'natural' the game is to the casual market (feels like your doing the real thing) the more they'll appreciate it. Casuals don't want to learn complicated controls but if Tiger Woods can help with their real golf swing, it's worth the cost of the Wii + the game + WM+ just for that alone.
