Any idea on why Daxter(PSP title) was never released in Japan?

You know why? SCEJ made Ismoniac Games or whatever how you spell there name to change their eyes so the game can attract the Japanese.

The thing they "change" are eyebrows. They make them a lot thicker and bigger
