My votes will be for Doom (for turning the demons into zombies for no good reason, and making the teleporter go from Earth to Mars instead of from Phobos to Deimos to HELL) and for Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within (for actually being one of the worst films ever made ever, explained in detail in this post.)
Oh, and House of the Dead, for the really horrible raver zombie island plot and the horrible Matrix-style camerawork that did a 360 around each person after they died. It was trying to be arty, but it failed hard.
