One side note on this discussion (I will make a full reply later).
Remember that Zelda Twilight Princess is basically the second Zelda game for the GC. It was just adapted for the Wii (and still released for the GC) because of the timing and lengthiness of development.
So there has not been a true Zelda game for the Wii. We will probably see this holiday season what that will be like -- and who likes what it is.
