Yea, my weight fluctuates a lot as is. I can go up or down 5-10 lbs in a week or two when I am not paying attention to what I am eating or vice versa. I found the best way to lose weight was to eat a lot ~1,500-2,000 calories for breakfast and lunch. a Then just eat fruit or protein drink for dinner. It was my late night munching/drinking that caused the last weight gain. I was 220lbs then I jumped to 245lbs in 1-2 months. So I am pretty much back to where I started. I was just lazy and eating bad that caused the last weight gain. When I focus on what I eat and make sure to exercise I do pretty good. I did drink 2 beers yesterday after I ran 2.25 miles and then I got on the treadmill again and went 3 miles after a few hours. I ended up losing 1 lb yesterday. Two beers is supposedly not too bad for health (possibly just as good as drinking 1 beer if someone is around my weight, and 1 drink a day is supposed to be good for body) and if drink it mid day instead of night and possible exercise before or after I am sure it wouldn't be too bad / possibly beneficial. One thing I love about limiting drinking is that drinking 2 beers actually gives me a pretty decent buzz when it used to barely affect me. Lowering tolerance is pretty sweet and saves money.
