1. Reggie has little influence on any hardware design.
2. He said "GTA" not GTA4 you tool.... there is only 1 GTA game the Wii would not be able to run... Rockstar seemed perfectly fine developing non-main titles for DS, PSP (and porting them to PS2)... the Wii is more powerful, and easier to develop for than the PS2.... they could easily make a ground up title for it just as they hav done with the handhelds. Sure it would not sell as much as the HD ones or the PS2 ones... but that is because a fanbase has never been able to grow on a Nintendo console before.... if they make a ground up title for the Wii now, and then another one later in the gen.... then the following one on the next Nintendo console could easily compete with GTA on other consoles.... just like the X360 version is now competeing with PS3 even though the Xbox sales of it's GTA ports sucked in comparison to PS2.
